Schedule Your Pick Up
Simply fill out our online form with your pickup details. Select your preferred detergent and softeners and choose a day for pick up.
Same day pick up available for orders scheduled before 12:00 p.m. EST. All orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will be available for pick up the next calendar day.
Bag and Place Clothing Outside
On your pick up day, bag up the clothing you need washed. Our customers often use white bin liners or mesh laundry sacks. Any non-disposable bags picked up during your scheduled service will be returned with your clean laundry. We are unable to accept laundry baskets as means to transport your laundry. Space is limited in our delivery vehicles.
We ask that you place the laundry outside your door where it is easily seen and accessible.
An Invoice Is Sent
Once your laundry is picked up, it will be weighed prior to washing. Weight will be rounded to the nearest pound. An invoice will be sent to you for payment.
Carson Clean does not charge a pick up or delivery fee. There are no service fees. The amount charged is directly dependent on the weight of your pre-washed clothing.
Payment
Invoices must be paid in full before clothing is delivered. There is a "Pay Now" option attached to every invoice. You can easily pay online for a hassle-free experience. We welcome you to download the itemized PDF for a breakdown of charges.
Delivered To Your Door
After you have paid the invoice, your laundry will be delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner. Sit back and enjoy freshly cleaned clothes without the hassle of doing laundry yourself.
Invoices paid before 12:00 p.m. EST the day after pick up will be delivered that day. All invoices paid after 12:00 p.m. EST will be automatically scheduled for delivery the next calendar day.
